Work, Books, and TV

Thankfully, I slept well last night, so I was well-rested when I went into work today. Work was busy but everything was good. Tomorrow I have one more long day, and then I get to leave early on Friday.

I got home in time enough to catch the end of the "Oprah" show today. This was one of the book club shows. The shows are usually very good. They discussed a book that I have always wanted to read, I have just never taken the time to do so.

"One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez sounds like a very interesting read. I'm curious to know if any of you have read it. What did you think of it?

I also have a TV dilemma tonight: "American Idol," "CMT Flameworthy Awards" hosted by Dolly Parton and "The O.C. are all on tonight. What's a boy to do?

On top of that, I have some work to do for tomorrow.
