Can Dreams Come True?

This morning I had a dream that centered on my creativity and what I want to do with that creativity. I woke up feeling happy and I had this strange feeling that it COULD ACTUALLY COME TRUE!!! I feel like it will.

I have been incredibly blessed this year and the year is only a few months old. I am humbled and grateful for everything that has come my way so far. If everything else that has lined up for me actually does happen, I'm not sure how I will react.

I woke up just in time to see Bucky Covington on Ellen this morning. I like Bucky. He's down to earth, unpretentious and is who he is. He will have a recording contract someday. To quote the article that I read in the current issue of Entertainment Weekly: "Alan Jackson ain't getting any younger." I thought that was appropriate.

I still want to talk to Simon and ask him why he is so qualified to be an accurate judge in a singing contest. The man has never sung a day in his life, yet he's judging a singing contest. I just don't get it.

I caught the sneek preview of What About Brian? on ABC last night. It was quite good. J.J. Abrams is at the top of his game with three good shows on the air right now: Alias, Lost, and now What About Brian? Barry Watson is good in the title role. The show premieres in it's normal time slot tonight at 10:00 p.m.

I'm watching the local news right now. Highs are in the 60s. Thank God. We've had highs in the 90s the past few days and since my Dad refuses to turn the air conditioner on right now (because "it isn't time."), my ass has been roasting like a turkey at Thanksgiving. I have even been sleeping in my tie-dyed tank top and boxers set that I bought via Undergear. I have some pictures. I actually bought two sets. I'm wearing the maroon set and I have another blue set that I have yet to wear. The maroon set is so colorful that even a certain Mouse would say, "Now THAT's some color!!!"

Part of me is tempted to post pictures, but I'm still hesitant.

You see, um, *I dunno if I can admit this*

*grabs tissue*

Tommy has chicken legs. Kind of like, well, remember in the original "Muppet Movie,"  the scene  where Kermit is having a standoff and is wearing a cowboy hat? He's just standing there looking up at his opponent. That's me.

Tommy's legs: dey skinny. LOL. I dunno if I should subject the Internet to that.

Enough of my rambling for now.

Happy Monday.
